BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) –

Sheriff Julian Whittington says the identity of Bossier Doe is Carol Anne Cole from Michigan.

“Carol Anne is coming home,” Whittington said in a news conference on Thursday afternoon. “The wait is now over.”

KSLA
