METAIRIE — During his first season he was the toast of the town, and in his second probably needed a drink. Needless to say, Rob Ryan’s brief tenure as defensive coordinator of the New Orleans Saints has been a roller coaster ride — of sorts — filled with dramatic highs and steep declines.
