Challenge Fulfilled.

Mike’s daughter, Melissa, contacted Tioga Detectives Thursday after seeing the coverage on KALB and challenged her father’s former section to meet this challenge.

Mike Wiley a Juvenile Detective assigned to the Tioga Sub-station died of complications from ALS or Lou Gehrig’s Disease in 2003.
