Sam Trammell, one of the stars of HBO’s “True Blood,” can’t get enough of Louisiana.
The show, set in Louisiana and filmed partially in the Shreveport area, propelled him into a household name, at least among fans of the vampire genre.
Trammell is once again in a Louisiana state of mind.

What: “The Aftermath” casting call
When: 1-6 p.m. Saturday
Where: 1501 Wimbledon Blvd.
Specifications: Cenla Produces is looking for adults to portray a variety of characters, including drug dealers and prostitutes. No children will be accepted at this casting call.
