Plaquemines Parish deputies say they arrested a 15-year-old student who carried a pullet gun on a school bus.

The student showed the gun to two of his friends, according to the sheriff's office.

Deputies say a witness on the bus asked to have a picture taken with the weapon.

The students attend the Plaquemines Parish School Board Learning Center in Port Sulphur.
