Police Announce Arrests In Garden District Rape

People close to a Garden District rape and robbery victim are applauding swift justice.

New Orleans Police have announced the arrests of all three suspects in the case.

"This was a ruthless, treacherous, cruel, violent attack," New Orleans Police Superintendent Ronal Serpas said. "But I can't tell you how grateful I am to the family of this young man who turned himself in this morning."
