SANDY SPRINGS - (WAOK/AJC) - A Marietta man says he's lucky to be alive after a flying blade hit him in the head as he drove down a highway. Henry Rodriguez says it felt like he had been hit with a baseball bat, when a 14-inch circular saw crashed threw his car and hit him in the head. Rodriguez was on I-285, Tuesday, when he says the blade came out of nowhere.
