PINEVILLE — The body of a 73-year-old Pineville man was found Sunday — a day after he apparently died — at the Louisiana Athletic Club adjacent to the campus of Louisiana College, Pineville police said.
Police responded about 12:30 p.m. Sunday to a call from the club in reference to a deceased person found. Upon arrival officers found Winfred Rhodes inside the steam room of the athletic center.
No foul play is expected, but an autopsy through the Rapides Parish Coroner’s Office has been requested, police said.
