Tiny 'Darth Vader' Leaves Hospital After Heart Surgery

LOS ANGELES (CNN) -- Max Page, the 7-year-old who played a mini-Darth Vader in a Volkswagen commercial, Monday left a hospital in Los Angeles where he had undergone heart surgery.

"I'm feeling great," a squirmy and smiley Max told a room full of reporters on his way out the door. "I do feel a little pain in my chest, but not much."

March 29, 1943:  Vierling Kersey, superintendent of schools, left, and Roy J. Becker, Board of Education president, demonstrate old and new methods of saluting Old Glory. The new hand-over-heart method goes in effect in schools on Army Day.

On Dec. 22, 1942, Congress amended the flag code to replace the salute with the hand-over-heart method.

Report: NBC failed to air shocking Sandusky footage

In an un-aired interview last November, with NBC's Bill Costas  Jerry Sandusky may have unknowingly dug himself a grave now that he's actually standing trial on 52 counts of child molestation.

According to NEWSER, the former Penn state assistant coach made some incriminating comments about 'sexual needs with underage children'  during the interview, which has prompted the attorney general's office in Pennsylvania to request a complete transcript of the interview itself directly from NBC.

Top Story: Germany extradites Luka Magnotta to Canada

MONTREAL, CANADA:  According to authorities in Montreal, accused murderer Luka Magnotta has been returned to his home territory of Montreal as of this afternoon.

Berlin authorities extradited the killer via military transport late last night, and he arrived just this morning swiftly being taken into custody.  Police say he did not fight being extradited.
